Tapera Mushoriwa is the Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Bank Limited, a position he assumed in September 2023.  He brings years of extensive local and international banking expertise as well as a proven track record in financial markets and fintech. He has held executive leadership roles at Cassava Fintech International, Steward Bank, Standard Chartered and most recently Managing Director of National Building Society.

Underpinning his vast professional experience is a BSc Hons in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration [MBA] with the University of Gloucester UK, and he continues to be lifelong learner.
