Takura was appointed to the role of Head of Human Resources in January 2024. She has worked across several industries including Professional Services, Public Entities, Non-Profit and FMCG over a twenty-year span where she has been instrumental in change and turnaround solutions, bringing a blend of the human face and the business focus potential of human resources. Takura is keen to promote the development of home-grown people solutions that have a global impact and relevance. She holds a BSc. Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.
