Mr. Hitesh Anadkat was appointed onto the board of First Capital Bank Limited on the 19th of October 2017. He is keenly interested in financial services sector investments. Mr Anadkat holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BSc Economics (Hons) from the University of London. Before returning to Malawi to establish FMB, he worked in corporate finance in the USA. He holds directorships in five commercial banks (part of FMB Group) and in other sectors of the Malawi economy including Telekom Networks Malawi Ltd, a listed mobile operator where he is the Vice Chairman. He is also the Non-Executive Chairman for First Merchant Bank Malawi.
